A registry and database for publicly and privately supported clinical studies of human participants conducted around the world. A great resource for learning more about studies. The FDA requires that all studies be posted to this website within 21 days of enrolling the first person in the study, so check back later if you can't find your study there.

CISCRP (Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation)
A great non-profit website that is dedicated to educating and informing the public, patients, medical/research communities, the media, and policy makers about clinical research and the role each party plays in the process.

A great, trustworthy website reporting on all things diabetes-related, ranging everywhere from basic information, to management, to recipes, nutrition and exercise. 

Glycemic Index
A fantastic website that explains what the glycemic index is and why it's important. This is a great resource for people trying to understand why certain foods affect their blood sugars more than others. This website will also explain why not all carbohydrate is created equal.
